How do I book?
Every adventure starts with a conversation. Secure your spot by contacting us via WhatsApp or Email. It's personal, it's relaxed, and it's how we ensure everyone who joins is ready for the experience.
What time should I arrive & depart?
Check-in: Arrive at the villa from 12 AM on arrival day. Check-out: Depart by 11 AM on departure day. If you have time to spare before check-in or after check-out, Rab has plenty of amazing restaurants, beaches and trails to explore. We'll share our top recommendations in the lead-up to your Adventure!
How do I get to this Adventure?
We'll guide and help you every step of the way. The best options are flying into Zagreb, Zadar, or Rijeka. Rijeka is the closest — from there, you'll take a scenic ferry across to Rab Island. No matter which airport you're landing in, we'll help with your transfers and logistics.
What's the fitness level required?
This retreat is open to all fitness levels. We focus on mindful movement, breathwork, and connection rather than intense athletic training. The hikes are moderate, and all activities are optional. We will adapt somatic sessions to your body's needs.
What activities are included?
Daily breathwork and mind-body practices, mindful walks along coastal paths, exploring Rab’s medieval old town, SUP and swimming in the crystal-clear Adriatic, boat journeys to hidden coves, Thalasso-inspired workshops, and gentle movement sessions. We’ve designed a flow that balances deep work with joyful exploration.
Do I need experience with water sports?
Not at all! Beginners are welcome. Our guides will help you get comfortable with activities like stand-up paddleboarding. If you'd rather relax poolside or take a gentle swim, that's perfectly fine too.
What kind of accommodation is included?
You'll stay in stunning Mediterranean-modern villas right on the beachfront. Features include Queen size beds, private terrace with sea views, ensuite bathroom, full kitchen, living room, private pool, pool bar, and a dedicated fitness/yoga workout area.
What meals are included?
The retreat includes 6 breakfasts and 6 dinners with beer, wine, or soft drinks. Lunches and other dinners are at your own expense — though we'll share our favourite local spots for authentic Croatian cuisine.
I'm coming solo — is that okay?
Absolutely! Many of our guests come solo. You'll connect with like-minded adventurers and often leave with lifelong friendships. As we say: come as strangers, leave as close friends.
Do I need insurance?
Yes. Travel insurance with medical cover is required, especially for water sports activities. We will require proof of insurance before the trip.
What should I pack?
Comfortable clothes for movement (yoga/somatics), swimwear (we’ll be in the water a lot!), walking shoes or trainers for hikes, sun protection, and a water bottle. We also recommend bringing a journal. We’ll provide a more detailed packing list upon booking.
What is the price?
The all-inclusive price for this 7-day adventure is 1850-1950 € per person. This includes your private room, meals as listed, and all guided activities.
What's the weather like in May and October?
Both May and early October offer ideal conditions — warm temperatures, plenty of sunshine, and the Adriatic Sea remains pleasantly warm for swimming. The summer crowds have thinned, making it ideal for exploring the island.
Is this retreat suitable for people over 50?
Absolutely! We welcome guests of all adult ages. Activities can be adapted to your fitness level — from gentle swims and walks to more intense hiking and water sports. Many guests over 50 find this retreat energising and rejuvenating.
Can couples join together?
Yes! Couples are very welcome. You can share accommodation in the villa, and you'll both benefit from the group activities while having private time together. Many couples find this retreat deepens their connection through shared adventure.
How is this different from a regular beach holiday?
This isn't a typical holiday—it's a curated container for transformation. Unlike a standard beach trip where you might just sunbathe, here you will engage in practices that regulate your nervous system, connect deeply with nature, and be supported by expert facilitators. You’ll return home feeling truly rested, not just "vacationed."
What is a Somatic Integration session?
A Somatic Integration session is a body-based session that focuses on awareness of physical sensations, emotions, and the nervous system. It helps the body release stress, regulate itself, and integrate experiences safely. The work is slow, present-focused, and emphasizes bodily awareness rather than talking alone.
